Having upgraded Ubuntu from 7.10 to 8.04, I ran into a problem with the NetworkManager that is actually documented as a bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/211780 ... but I have no idea what it takes to selectively go back to an older version of NetworkManager, as suggested in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/211780/comments/18 without breaking other things. Can anyone clue me in? thanx Christoph -- KPLUG-List@kernel-panic.org http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
