exactly and if you look back at the thread, I was making the point that
he had nothing to do with how well the latest firefighting efforts went.
That was all realized from the Cedar fire.
And FEMA had lots of experience in well-executed disaster handling under
Clinton.
It didn't seem to help under Dubya.
Not screwing things up is important in a leader, too.
