I'm glad you have good experiences with them. I have not.
I have yet to understand why, but Gmail occasionally would occasionally
hold my students' outgoing emails for indeterminate amounts of time up
to almost 24 hours.
It was so bad that I recommended that all of them switch away from it,
and that I would give them accounts on my own machines if they needed one.
