I received a bounce message stating my IP was listed at Spamhaus. I
looked it up only to find this:
Ref: PBL031205
68.7.0.0/16 is listed on the Policy Block List (PBL)
The entire Cox IP block is listed.
Great.
Even using my own mail server, my Cox supplied IP will still appear in
the header (unless I use web mail, which my server does support, but I
don't like using web mail).
