I confess to ZERO -- because I never quite figured out what they were or
how to use the tools (or took the trouble to investigate).
Ten years ago it was probably 5 hours/week, and tapered to zero maybe 5
years ago.
I use web forums for a few very specific topics, maybe 2 hours/week.
