Same results as a safer user.
All this worked on the same machine a week ago.
Why don't you want to believe the error message? An invalid server
response could mean that the freedb server is not working properly. Do
you have any way of testing the freedb server or seeing what the server
response actually is? A brute force approach would be to use Wireshark
to analyze the packet stream and see what the server is returning.
