Humans are indeed so bad that they cannot have organization without threat.

History has proven this.  Personal experience has proven this.

Now, those threats may not be a *gun*.  However, they have no less force.

In fact, I woudl argue that many of the ills we currently face as a society are the result of the fact that the "capitalist barons" are completely disconnected from consequences for their actions.
