Ad-whoring.

On some sites (like this one), you can hit "print" and get the whole article.

On particularly bad sites, the "print this article" link only prints that ad-whore page, and not the whole article. Doing this significantly raises the quality bar the article will be measured against to determine whether I bother reading it or not.
