Are you running 64-bit Fedora? If so, by default you're probably
running firefox.x86_64, which doesn't have a Flash plugin. To make
Flash work, you either need to manually launch the 32-bit version
(probably at /usr/lib/firefox-*/firefox-bin) or just uninstall the
64-bit version of Firefox with yum.

I've done the latter on all my 64-bit CentOS machines.
