I have never heard of "ObjectWorld UC Server Standard Edition". But I
have lots of experience with VOIP PBX systems, specifically Asterisk.
Does this thing do anything that Asterisk won't do?

What is CSM? And why do they need MS SBS?
Trend Micro C/S/M (Client/Server/Messaging) Suite.
I assume Small Business Server is to be used to run ObjectWorld, Server
side Trend Micro software, and Exchange.
