Nobody can take your freedom away. Not when they imprison you, not when they waterboard you, not when they rape or otherwise humiliate and damage you. The only way you can lose your freedom is to give it up. These people -- our government officials -- are monsters. All they want is power and money. They lie, they torture, they kill and have killed (but only "gooks" and "rag heads", so it's OK). No "Islamofascist" boogeyman scares me anyway near as much as the people willing to bargain away my freedom to ease their manufactured anxieties. Not for nothing is there a bill of rights. ALL of the bill of rights. -- Lan Barnes SCM Analyst Linux Guy Tcl/Tk Enthusiast Biodiesel Brewer -- KPLUG-List@kernel-panic.org http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
