To us old-time PDP-11 programmers, 0 is positive.  For that matter, I
believe that 0 is positive in IBM 7090 but it's been over 40 years
since I thought about that.  So I'm not positive.

Ahh, and to us old CDC programmers, there is a +0 and its one's complement is a -0. ;-)
