When I first heard about it, I thought "oh, neat". It seemed like a neat language, and a neat framework built on the language. The hype got a bit too much "Ruby Is Great! Everything Else Sucks!" and some of their examples seem a bit disingenuous now and then. I know it's not a fault of the language that the proponents can't speak without flying spittle, but it's just that much harder to muster the enthusiasm for finding problems to attack with such tools.
