AT&T is announced limited availability initially in San Diego and
North County (Carlsbad, Encinitas). I was checking on the Uverse site
and my address is not available yet.

Actually, it's not even on the map.
Many people don't even *have* a land line anymore. Even more are
starting to trade computer/DVD for TV.
In addition, for me, TWC is at about 6Mbps down/512Kbps up.
Wanna get people to change? Offer 6Mbps up for $50. Now *that* will
get attention.
