SIG Prezes, please cascade to your members

The San Diego Tcl/Tk UG will meet at 7 PM on Thursday, June 21st, at the
Mission Valley campus of the UCSD Extension (intersection of I-8 and 163).

The topic will be SWIG and Tcl.

SWIG is a code generator designed to link C/C++ (and now, we are told,
C<gag>#) procedures into Tcl as new interpreter commands. It also works
with perl, Python, Ruby and other interpreted languages; we will only
discuss its use with Tcl.

I'd like to encourage attendees to take a look at SWIG and noodle with it
on their own. If you have some SWIG experiments to share, bring a laptop
and we can make this a cooperative presentation. I hope to have a SWIG
experiment to present myself. It would be great if someone could try SWIG
with Tcl in a Microsoft environment, too.

SWIG can be found at:

SDTUG meets the third Thursday of each month in the Mission Valley office
of the UCSD Extension (see map) from 7 to 9 PM.
