Lack of true version labels is the deal breaker for me, but that's the
same pig as the branching with different lipstick. The svn dev team has
evidently decided that snapshot ("lazy copies") can be used for
everything, and they're just as pigheaded about it as the old cvs team was
about the client/server thing.
