Which is why programmers must. Chuck has always believed that the programmer
_not_ the program should make the critical decisions about when to relenquish
control of a task.

I will say again what I have said many times past. Chuck Moore is
the only guy I ever met that I would call a genius. As a physicist
I knew a lot of bright guys, Nobel prize winners, etc. all of that,
but Chuck has something extra.
