We'll be following the MIT calendar as closely as possible. This week's assignment will be the Don't Panic Guide, the L1 lecture notes, and watching the 1st set of videos if you'd like. We may not stay on a lecture per week, we'll play it by ear and see how we all do. If sufficient discussion is going on about a lecture, we'll hold off on moving on to the next lecture. Personally I'm going to be using MIT Scheme on Ubuntu/DSL/XP, but you are free to choose another environment if you wish. Just be sure when posting answer to the problem sets, or the projects you note which distribution of Scheme you're using. Also understand your answers may differ some from others. I've started posting links to the wiki that point into the email archives for LPSG. We've had some great discussion before the official start of this group, and I have linked those discussions. This will help with catching up, or reviewing what has transpired. This is something new for me to organize, so if you have any ideas for improvements, please don't hesitate to contact me. -- Mark Schoonover, CMDBA http://www.linkedin.com/in/markschoonover http://marksitblog.blogspot.com [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-lpsg
