That's not intrinsically a barrier.

As long as we put all of the atoms back in their spot with a "close enough" position and with a "close enough" velocity, the natural relaxation processes of chemistry and diffusion will put the system back together just fine. The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle holds for *all* observers, including the other subatomic particles in the local environment.

However, I'm with Leonard McCoy on this one. I'll take the shuttlecraft, thanks.
