I'm playing with the interpreter but still going through SICP book like
everyone else.

I wish you'd spill the beans and complain away about Scheme to your heart's
content.  I'm curious what your beef is because I've found Scheme to be
remarkably clean and elegant and learnable.  I'm confused how you could have
such an orthogonal reaction to it.
