Yea that's what I do. That seems to be the common sense thing to do.
Just beware there seems to be a fad bouncing around the Internet
that you should do tests first and worship at the alter of
Test Driven Development (TM).
It's an old fad, at this point.
People seem to be finally shrugging off the Extreme Programming(TM!) as
unsubstantiated BS.
