Presumably, that would be the point of the application. Converting text into speech would presumably use a library. The guts of an application would be in keeping track just where in the text the audio was, and in displaying the correct piece of text. I would be suprised if this hasn't been done several times already. -- Or are we talking about a human reading the text and being recorded?
