Normally one would boot the computer with the first Fedora disc in the drive. During the install process you can erase the partition(s) which contain Fedora. They will be identified in the disk druid section because they are filetype ext3 or swap. Your Windows data should be something like vfat or ntfs. It's always a good idea to go to an install fest to make sure it is done correctly. I don't do dual-boot systems. I don't run any Windows machines. I use Mac OS X and Linux exclusively.
