 Ahh ya,  I meant htpassword. The format is... password, USER NAME
 Where USER NAME has a space. I found a perl script but it doesn't
like the spaces, so I put them in single quotes. It creates the user
name and password  but it doestn seem to like the password when
logging in to the web server. If I use the -b option from the command
line it sets the password correctly.
