I think I paid about $20 for a 4 station timer, recently.

Just so you all know, I went with the $50 6 station, 3 program Toro, and another $40 for usb device to program it from Windows (sorry). Buying both got me a $20 Home Depot card which I'll have no problem using.

USB thingy is about the size of a matchbox, usb A on one side, multipin connector on other. Program with software included when connected to pc, then attach to controller and it's done. Sure hope it works out as well as all that sounds.
