That would be me :-) This might seem like we're piling on, but really, we're not. We`want you to stick around and we want you to enjoy our help. That said, we're looking for some signs of coachability. Notice that I went to the trouble of digging up a reference to help you learn to be more effective as a question answerer. I'm not asking for effusive thanks, but it doesn't motivate me to help you out when I get snapped at for my trouble. Like any other form of adult communication, being on a mailing list takes some time and effort to learn. And, yes, mailing lists can be roung, especially if you're new to the forum.
