Print to a 3x5 part of an 8.5x11 sheet.

Don't try to fool "Printer Properties",  just use the printer feed
guides to center the card laterally on the sheet.  You can use
glabels, probably have to make your own custom template.  Then you
have a program that can rotate the text as needed.  Otherwise you have
to work with whatever text-formatting program you normally use.  I
presume you would feed the 3x5 card lengthwise, similar to the way you
print on a #10 business envelope.

You get to practice on sheets of paper until you have the placement
right.  You won't be able to print on the leading 1/4 inch or so of
the card.
