Computer Circulation Center has some, at medium-high prices. Home Depot also has a fair selection of Cat5 cables. I don't remember the pricing, but I did buy some there once. And there is always Frys. Willy's Electronics of National City has recently opened a store in Kearney Mesa. <http://shop.willyselectronics.com>.
