Why is that only happening for messages from you and not from others on the list? Because they're not explicitly setting Reply-To?
If leaving the Reply To: causes replies to the list to also have a copy sent to the original poster, it needs to be disabled. That was not how the old list behaved, and people frequently get upset when they get double-copied on messages.
What was Mailman's default? IIRC it was set up correctly to start with, though people have been screwing with the settings all day long it appears.
