Visual comparison shows me that the SIG Guidlines from the SDCS web
site differ in a few places from the SIG Guidlines as supplied by Gus
Wirth. I don't know which is more correct.
On first reading, the bylaws as posted by Neil Schneider and the
bylaws from the SDCS web site are identical, except for occasional
whitespace differences.
