Hello Neil,
Based upon details noted in my phone call to you earlier today,
regarding your earlier e-mail to my attention, this confirms the
schedule dates and applicable Meeting Room numbers for Kernel Panic
Linux SIGs at the SDCOE facility.
These schedules only cover dates in July through November 2005 for
each Linux SIG. The specific meeting room dates reserved with SDCOE
for each Linux SIG is based upon their use from 6:30 to 9:00 PM, with
applicable dates and room numbers listed as follows: ......
**KPLUG LINUX STUDY GROUP ---
.. 07/07/2005 .. Room 301
.. 08/04/2005 .. Room 306
.. 09/01/2005 .. Room 301
.. 10/06/2005 .. Room 301
**KERNEL PANIC USER LINUX GROUP ---
.. 07/14/2005 .. Room Annex "C"
.. 08/11/2005 .. Rooms 401 & 402
.. 09/08/2005 .. Rooms 401 & 402
.. 10/13/2005 .. Rooms 401 & 402
......
It was also noted during my phone call to you earlier today and I'm
repeating, based upon e-mail from Gus Wirth SDCOE was advised the
Internet connector plug in Room 301 was defective, needed replacement
and also Rooms 401/402 did not have the Internet connected to these
data points for use. The SDCOE Operation & Maintenance Dept. wrote out
work orders to correct problems noted. Let me know if action taken on
my input.
Again, I state for the "RECORD" no User Group shall use a Room if they
are not scheduled to use a specific room, unless approved by SDCOE,
and your compliance with this rule is mandatory.
The schedules shown above were confirmed with SDCOE by this writer for
the SDCS organization. Should there be any change by SDCOE to that
noted, as we move through these months, you will be advised only by
me.
For contact information on yourself I'm using business phone #
