Now for the part for which no one wants to be responsible. Someone has
to check the web site, up to whatever deadline we set, and tally up
the reviews and make a list for the meeting. Or we need some
alternative method to track who is entitled to the incentive raffle
tickets.

Anybody have any ideas on this?
