I myself have been very guilty of this for the past couple months or so. I'm trying to get back in the habit of checking the queues at least once a day when I go through my email in the morning. If we could all remember to check them at least once a day, we shouldn't have much of a problem. As I have some more time available, I may be able to fix the spam situation again.
