I've already suggested this, some time ago. Lan is going to look into
it. I even suggested KPLUG would be willing to supply some spares, so
they would have them on hand, and if need be, pay for a technician to
replace them.

Before someone suggests that a KPLUG member "be the technician", it's
unlikely this will be accepted. It's political, and we don't want to
get into a political squable.

We definitely want to show our appreciation for the facilities and I
think this might be an appropriate way to do it.
