If we have a video projector, I wouldn't mind doing something.
What do people here think about an hour on
"Beginners Overview: Website Construction"
If that seems too simple, then what do people thoink about a really
short review and outline of the subject, followed by an open Q&A session
(where I assume half the audience will assist with the 'A')?

Although I will not be in attendance, there is a meeting scheduled for
February 9th, which is two weeks from this Thursday. Gus Wirth will be
presiding over the meeting in my absence. However, we don't have a
speaker and topic yet.
It's time for someone to step up and commit to a presentation. It's
been such a long time since many of the topics have been presented,
perhaps it's time to revisit some of our old reliable favorites. How
about some talks on vi, emacs, ssh, sed and awk, shell scripting,
differences in shells or ...... ? Perhaps a series of "newbie" topic
is appropriate.
Please volunteer to do a talk for one of the upcoming meeting,
remembering the Februrary 9 is the most urgent.
