Or just poorly configured. KPLUG-Announce was set to be a moderated list, so only proper announcements could be made, and discussion could take place elsewhere, such as on -list. In an effort to cut down chatter, all new members were tagged as moderated, and those new member postings were rejected. Oops. I have set the moderated messages to Hold (so, in theory, one of the moderators can review and approve it) and I have tagged you, Jim, as having access to make immediate posts. I have verfied that the other usual suspects have posting rights, also.
