The error log has picked up again, but at a much lower pace.
These connections are from inktomisearch.com in a yahoo namespace.
They seem to occur relatively infrequently, ranging from 30s to 10m.
BTW: A quick glance at http://www.robotstxt.org didn't reveal any way to
tell robots what frequencies are acceptable. Indeed, the FAQ implies
that too great a query rate is a complainable situation, and suggests
identifying the bot in order to send off a query. robotstext even says
they are amenable to collecting gripes about bad-bots.
Anyway, inktomisearch seems much more tolerable than the chinese bot-dude.
Perhaps I can trace down these exceptions to additional fixable plone
anomalies.
