I would suggest that you "stock" no more than two of any and ask for
pre-orders for upcoming meetings. The value of the media isn't so much
but the time required to produce each copy isn't trivial.
Remember that I have in my custody the "three-holer" CD/DVD
duplicator. The time to produce 3 duplicates is the same as the time
to produce 1. The only difficulty is that there is no easy way to
copy the master image to the hard drive on the duplicator, other than
by reading it in from an already burned disc.
