At the moment I seem to be the only person doing plone Products. What sort of fields/intelligence would you like to see in this presentation object? I think a couple of states like "proposed" (default state) and "scheduled" would be good which only you (or an admin or something) can change to "scheduled". And a field for a proposed date to give the presentation and have it check to see if that conflicts with any other scheduled presentations. Then we could have a smart folder which lists future approved presentations to put on the main page and perhaps another somewhere else listing past presentations in case people are interested in notes or slides or something. Fields for the presenters name, name of the presentation, and a text area to describe the presentation.
