Moderating account creation is troublesome because it isn't a good idea to make people wait before they can add new content. We could me it send an email to some alias whenever a new account is created with the details submitted when creating the account. At least that way we could nip it in the bud if massive numbers of accounts start getting created. > I also wonder if we can create a test that checks and if an account is > over a year old, has no files created and no more logins, delete the > account? There are over 300 Members on the system, now. Yes, we can. Not sure when I would get around to it though. :) The Definitive Guided to Plone (free online) has example for how to do this sort of account manipulation if anyone wants to look into it before I get to it. - -- Tracy R Reed http://ultraviolet.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Fedora - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFnRIj9PIYKZYVAq0RAgGuAJsEMylbpjXHAre93oQVxtdoHyqZeQCeI2f2 RYV+IwyrIdwbp8OzYQf8aQs= =tmqN -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- KPLUG-Steer@kernel-panic.org http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-steer
