I think this is not a spammer, merely a luser who has managed to get
on a mailing list, possibly forwarded from someone who is really on
the list.  Or maybe forwarded by a bot.

Without playing the challenge/response game, I don't know how to trace
how he got the kplug-newbie mail.  That is a more interesting
challenge than just replying to the mail filtering system.  :-)
