Comparison weighting factors:
  (my opinion, of course)

10 mtbf
 8 cost (including corequisites, eg scsi mobo/adapters differential)
 6 power
 5 performance

I put power in there, because we are running on donated power.

I guess my priorities are biased toward SATA.
