I think we should always be open to webinar presentations, but I would
personally be leary of a club financial arrangement if only because it
might complicate our non-profit status.

Still, private members might want to make financial arrangements with
them. We have lots of consultants.

Maybe you could email back and ask them if the club can do the webinars,
and then if any of our members contact them, they should get the discounts
directly?
