Probably Kplug. SDCS couldn't justify it because of the Linux-centric
nature of the meeting.

Kplug has negotiated things like that in the past. I'm guessing we'd have
to negotiate it with the hotel, and it ight not be cheap. Or it might.
Just have to ask.

If we think we can do it, then other questions follow:

0. Is it already covered by the Sheraton?

1. If not, is Red Hat interested in having us do it?

2. How many passes could we be comped? Would it be worth it to us?

3. Can we, in the short time left, get this together, arrange for
coverage, etc?

I have six enterprise-class Cisco wireless access points sitting in my office that are slated to be used for FOSSCON and enough networking hardware to choke several horses. I've got all the infrastructure set up for doing a conference already -- if need be I can coordinate and make this happen. It's already all set up and ready to go. All I need to do is install it, connect it and spend an hour or so to link it in with the hotel's network infrastructure (or whomever we get for a short-term intarwebz provider). I can make it happen on behalf of KPLUG: all you have to do is tell me when and where.

Keep me in the loop. If we decide to go ahead with this, I've got the time and the equipment and would gladly donate both to help the cause.

Cheers,
-Kelsey
