I still recommend Xen. I've used it and I know it works in production.
It also has the bigger community. KVM is more of an unknown.

And I've had pretty dodgy results with Qemu on 64 bit platforms. I don't
know how qemu figures in with kvm but anything to do with qemu makes me
nervous.
