I would like to sell my KR-2. I lifted it off the runway once, did a ground
loop. All is repaired now, and have converted to tricycle landing gear.
I've lost interest in the project. $7,000.

I was at a fly-in this past weekend. I had a good look at a 6 cylinder
Jabiru
engine. The case was machined out of a solid billet of aluminum. I was not
cast.
The 2 halves fitted together with out gaskets or sealants. You could run a
white
cloth over any part of the engine and it would be perfectly clean. The fins
on the cylinders were also machined out of a single billet of aluminum,
beautiful.
The weight was 81 kg (178 lbs). Cost about $23,000 Canadian. The 4 cylinder
model was around $15,000 Canadian. It is worth investigating.
