Not likely. It's a Polliwagon. Short lived homebuilt. I believe it
killed its designer. There will be something about it in the Sport
Aviation archives. I probably have a copy of it here somewhere. Handling
quirks or something. Anyway, this one has been parted out. I wouldn't
take it if you gave it to me.
