Why did they add a stall strip? Usually that's to fix some disorder
with stall behavior. The Swift has those, but there's a reason for it
(gear doors) that doesn't exist on most other planes. The funny thing
about the Swift is that somebody taped some tubing to the wing to see
what would happen, and something very much like it became an AD later.
But to answer your question, I don't know of anybody that ever done
that. The KR stall characteristics are pretty straight forward. The
way N891JF rattles and vibrates, you'd have to be an idiot to not know
that a stall was coming....
