Brian, I've been flying behind Saber's prop bolts on my Experimental Aircraft for over 15 years now. ?Never a problem. ?While they aren't AN bolts, they are higher strength and high quality. ?I recommend them over AN bolts when you have a choice.
-Jeff Scott Los Alamos, NM --------------- I am looking for some long prop bolts for a thick wood prop on an extension with a thick crush plate. ?Looks like I need ANH-71 or -72. ?Seems that nobody stocks them that long. ?Can anyone recommend a source for long bolts in stock? I did find some at Saber Manufacturing http://www.sabermfg.com/bolts.htm. ?They are not AN bolts, but are supposedly good for props. ?Anyone have experience with them?
