If you can cross the threshold at fence height, 2100 feet should be 
sufficient.  If operating from 2100 foot strip, you will want a drag 
device for approach, either a speed brake or drag producing 
flaps.  You might want to remove as many trees as possible for 
takeoff as well as landing.
